Bringing more than one car?
Each apartment has one allocated parking space. There is limited on-road parking nearby, but spaces cannot be guaranteed and guests must check the signs and restrictions where they park.
The nearest council-run option is Torre Valley Car Park, Torre Valley, Torquay, TQ2 5JY. It is open 24 hours, has 150 spaces and offers pay-and-display and RingGo payment.

Monday–Thursday · Subject to availability
Looking for somewhere with personality to bring your ideas to life? Subject to availability, our themed apartments can be hired Monday to Thursday for content creation, podcast recording, brand shoots, product photography and creative photoshoots—without needing to book an overnight stay.
Choose the pink, picture-perfect Dream House, the bold retro backdrop of The Rewind Retreat or the darker pub-style setting of The Den. With three completely different looks in one Torquay location, you can create more content in less time.
Monday–Thursday only · Subject to availability · Day hire does not include use of beds, bedding or towels.
Plans change
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds are based on how much notice you give before your arrival date.
Cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided arrival is at least 14 days away.
Cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date.
Receive 50% of the accommodation cost back.
Unless we successfully resell some or all of your cancelled dates.
If we successfully rebook cancelled dates, we’ll refund the amount recovered from the replacement booking, less any difference in price and reasonable administration costs. Optional extras that haven’t been purchased or prepared will also be refunded.
Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days. No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or a stay ended because of a serious breach of the booking conditions or house rules. If we have to cancel because we cannot provide the accommodation, all payments made to us will be refunded. We recommend taking out suitable UK travel insurance.
Book with confidence
A £200 refundable security deposit is required for direct bookings. This is normally processed as a temporary card authorisation rather than an additional payment.
The deposit covers reasonable, evidenced costs caused by the group through damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or breaches of the house rules, including excessive noise or disturbance. A complaint or breach does not automatically forfeit the deposit.
If a deduction is proposed, we’ll contact the lead guest and provide details and evidence of reasonable costs actually incurred. Normal wear and tear and standard changeover cleaning will not be charged. We will instruct release of the deposit, or its undisputed balance, within 72 hours of checkout; your bank may take longer.

Our stays are made for celebrations and memorable weekends. These simple rules help every group have a brilliant time while protecting the apartments and our neighbours.
Two-night minimum stayAll bookings must be for a minimum of two consecutive nights.
Check-in from 4pm · checkout by 10amAn optional 12pm late checkout is available for £30, subject to availability and advance approval.
Quiet hours: 10pm–8amKeep music, voices and any outdoor noise low. Please close windows and doors if music is playing.
Booked guests onlyNo extra visitors, open-invite parties or gatherings beyond the number confirmed on your booking.
Treat it like your favourite placePlease look after the furniture, games, decorations and special touches. Report any damage or spills straight away.
Bins before checkoutBag all rubbish and place it in the communal waste bins. Sort recycling into the clearly marked communal recycling bins.
No smoking or vaping indoorsPlease use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette ends safely.
No petsWe’re unable to accommodate pets in any of the apartments.
Leave it ready for its next storyWash used glasses and dishes, remove food and personal items, and leave the apartment reasonably tidy.
