Content day rules.
Simple expectations to protect your session, our apartments and everyone else in the building.
Availability and hours
Content day hire is available Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability. Your booked time includes arrival, setup, pack-down and departure. Access outside the confirmed times is not included.
Location hire only
Hire includes use of the booked apartment as a location. Cameras, lighting, microphones, podcast equipment, props, crew and production services are not supplied unless agreed in writing.
No overnight use
Content day hire does not include an overnight stay or use of beds, bedding, bath towels or sleeping facilities. Beds must not be sat or laid on unless agreed in advance.
Attendees
Only the people declared and approved when booking may attend. Tell us the total number of creators, clients, models, crew and visitors before confirming your hire.
Permitted use
The apartment may be used for lawful content creation, podcast recording, photography, filming, product shoots and agreed brand campaigns. Tell us if the content involves children, animals, food preparation, specialist equipment or anything likely to create noise, mess or risk.
Respectful content
Pornographic, illegal, discriminatory, dangerous or misleading content is not permitted. The property must not be presented as belonging to, endorsing or partnering with a person or brand without written permission.
Furniture and styling
Do not move heavy furniture, fixed items, wall art or themed installations without permission. Approved items must be returned exactly as found. Nothing may be taped, pinned, nailed or fixed to walls, furniture or decorations.
Mess and special effects
No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, fog, flames, candles, paint, powders, fake blood, water effects or other difficult-to-clean materials without prior written approval.
Noise and neighbours
Keep music, voices and equipment at a considerate level. Doors, corridors, parking areas and shared parts of the building must remain clear and quiet. No amplified outdoor recording is permitted.
Care of the apartment
Food and drink must be kept away from delicate furnishings and equipment. Report spills, breakages or damage immediately. The hirer is responsible for reasonable repair, replacement and additional cleaning costs caused by the booking.
Insurance and permissions
Commercial hirers are responsible for suitable public liability and production insurance, releases, licences and permissions for their activity. Evidence may be requested before access is granted.
Leaving and overtime
Remove all equipment, products, packaging, rubbish and personal belongings. Leave the apartment in the condition in which it was provided. Extra time is not guaranteed and may be charged if the booking overruns.
Cancellation or interruption
Cancellation terms will be confirmed with the booking. We may stop a session immediately if these rules are seriously breached or people or property are put at risk; in that situation, no refund is due for unused time.
